Important: All eBooks sold on ebooks.exlo.no are digital products. Once downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded. This is final and non-negotiable.
Our refund policy applies only to purchases that have not yet been downloaded. If you wish to request a refund before downloading your eBook, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to contact us.
To be eligible for a pre-download refund, you must not have accessed your download link, and your request must be submitted within the 14-day window. Refunds are processed at our discretion and are intended for cases such as accidental duplicate purchases, technical errors, or genuine mistakes.
What is Non-Refundable
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- eBooks that have been downloaded or accessed
- Digital products where the download link has been opened or used
- eBooks purchased and downloaded more than 14 days ago
- eBooks you have read, sampled, or reviewed
- Bundle packages or discounted eBook collections
- eBooks purchased during promotional or sale periods
Refunds for Pre-Download Requests
If you request a refund before downloading your eBook and your request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
To request a pre-download refund, contact us at {email address} with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve requested a refund and it was approved but you haven’t received it, first check your bank account or email for updates.
Then contact your credit card company or PayPal account, as processing times vary and it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
If you’ve waited 10+ business days and still haven’t received your approved refund, please contact us at {email address} with your order details.
Technical Issues Before Download
If you experience technical problems receiving your download link or accessing your purchase before downloading the eBook, please contact us immediately at {email address}. We will troubleshoot the issue or provide a refund if we cannot resolve it.
Download and Access Rights
When you purchase an eBook, you receive a personal download link that grants you access to your digital file. Once you download the file, the transaction is final. The download link will expire after 30 days of receipt for security reasons.
By downloading, you accept the eBook in its current form and waive any right to refund or return. We recommend reviewing any available sample or preview before completing your purchase.
Defective or Corrupted Files
If you have downloaded your eBook and discover it is corrupted, defective, or otherwise unusable due to our error, please contact us immediately at {email address} with details about the issue. We will either provide you with a replacement download link or process a full refund at our discretion.
This exception does not apply to compatibility issues with your device, software, or personal circumstances. We are not responsible for device-specific problems or user error.
